While each case varies from one to another, on some of the cases we agree to represent clients on a contigency fee agreement, for other cases please see below is a list of our standard fees for Small Claims Court Matters – please note that all fees are confirmed in writing upon retaining our services and may change from this list:

These fees are charged by the courts, which we pay on behalf of our clients and charge the clients accordingly.Additional legal disbursements may apply, such as - long distance telephone calls, courier charges, etc.
