An integral part of our Accident Benefits Department, Mr. Crosbie is the Senior Accident Benefits Team Leader. He regularly attends Financial Services Commission of Ontario for Mediations and Arbitrations. Mr. Crosbie approaches all aspects of his work with exceptional interpersonal skills, building value into his professional services by working to secure the best result while being attentive to the time and expense considerations of his clients. Mr. Crosbie was appointed under The Commissioners for Taking Affidavits Act on March 6, 2007.
OLGA LEYENSON - Licensed Paralegal - Ms. Leyenson is the managing partner of the firm and has over 9 years experience in Civil Litigation and Accident Benefits. During her career as a paralegal, Ms. Leyenson conducted numerous Mediations with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario as a SABS Representative and now as a Licensed Paralegal. She has appeared in Small Claims Courts throughout the province of Ontario, on behalf of many clients, defending their rights. Ms. Leyenson continuously participates in professional development by attending educational seminars, courses and conferences with respect to motor vehicle accidents and litigation. She is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyer Association as a Law Clerk and with the Insurance Institute of Canada as a Student. KATERINA SIMONOVA – Senior Law Clerk – With over 10 years of experience, Mrs. Simonova brings with her extensive knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Ontario Court System. Skilled in the production of legal documentation and correspondence, with keen ability to research and analyze legal documents, Mrs. Simonova excels in her knowledge of Personal Injury procedures. Fluent in English and Russian, she continuous to upgrade her education and knowledge by participating in seminars with the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and currently holds a membership of a Law Clerk with OTLA. Mrs. Simonova provides outstanding service to all of our clients and surpasses all others in her support to counsel. Graduating from the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario, Mrs. Simonova brings forth her honours within the Litigation Law Clerk Designation, along with Real Estate, Estate and Wills and Corporate.
